Career

A career built across companies, capital and risk.

This is the dated record of the companies I helped build, the roles I held, what happened next and what each chapter taught me.

Funding and outcomes are attributed to the relevant company and period rather than compressed into a flattering personal total.

Before 2018Historic

Chapter 01

Events, mobile technology and agency work

Founder and operator

Live experiences, digital products, mobile campaigns and an incentivised-advertising proposition.

My role

I worked across delivery, partnerships, positioning, operations and early product development, later building a digital agency.

What happened next

That chapter led into fintech in 2018.

What it taught meDistribution and story can create attention. A durable company still needs a repeatable operating system underneath.

Chapter 02

Pynk

Co-Founder and COO

A people-powered investment platform combining crowd intelligence, artificial intelligence and expert analysis.

My role

I led operations and worked across partnerships, company narrative, fundraising support and day-to-day execution.

What happened next

During my tenure, Pynk raised $2 million across pre-seed and seed rounds. I left in 2021.

What it taught mePynk taught me that trust, community and a compelling mission can create significant momentum, but financial products also require disciplined economics, governance and execution.

Chapter 03

Strolll

Co-Founder and first CEO

My role

I co-founded Strolll and served as its first CEO, leading early company formation, commercial strategy and partnerships.

What happened next

In 2020, I brought in Jorgen Ellis as CEO to take the company into its next phase of clinical development, funding and institutional growth.

What it taught meIn healthcare, evidence, regulation and real-world outcomes are non-negotiable. A persuasive story matters, but it can never substitute for proof.

What happened next

I stepped down from the executive role in August 2022 and moved into an advisory position. The protocol continued without me.

What it taught meNew financial infrastructure changes the shape of risk. It does not remove the need for governance, aligned incentives or clear responsibility.
